A 75/F admitted last sunday with severe pain in abdomen & 12 episodes of bilious vomiting.
Pt a k/c/o CA Endometrium with DM & HT.
Emergency exploratory laprotomy done.
Findings: Small bowel perforation
All throughout the smile & determination of the pt was amazing. Extremely positive to get well & back home soon.
Discharged on POD 5.
Underwent Laser Piles With Hernioplasty
Mr Multaq Owaybid Almutaib, 71/M, from Tabuk ( Saudi Arabia), underwent laser piles with hernioplasty yesterday.
